Ministry Team

Brad Prater came to serve at RDBC in June of 2016. Prior to his arrival, Brad had been involved in various ministry roles. He spent eight years traveling the United States singing baritone as part of a sibling trio. Following the ministry of The Praters, Brad served as an interim and associate pastor. In the previous two years before serving the individuals of Grundy County, Brad was involved in the start up of a teenage outreach in Amarillo, Texas.
 
Brad has been married to the love of his life and ministry partner, Courtney since 2003. In October of 2017, God blessed Brad and Courtney with their daughter Kennison, through the gift of adoption. 
 
Coming in a close second to his passion for sharing the gospel is his love for the outdoors. In their off time, Brad and Courtney can either be found perched in a tree stand with a bow in hand, or working their small cow-calf operation. 

Nathan and his wife, Jamie, have been serving at RDBC since May of 2012. They have three boys, Titus, Malachi, and Ezekiel (Zeke). Nathan felt the call to ministry in 2005, and started taking correspondence classes from Frontline Bible Institute. In 2006, Nathan started traveling to area churches doing pulpit supply for churches who were without a pastor, and Jamie would sing the special music. In March of 2007 they started doing youth ministry, and have been working with teens ever since. The Kottwitz family enjoys living in a rural area and spending time pursuing outdoor activities.
